This Shipping Policy explains how Magic Gardens (FOP Aderkas Yuliia, "we", "us") processes, ships and delivers orders placed on magicgardens.shop (the "Site"). All times and prices are shown in United States dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.

Preparation time: 5 – 7 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or Ukrainian public holidays are processed on the next business day.

*Transit times are estimates counted from the date of dispatch and exclude customs processing. Remote or outlying areas may require additional time.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination and selected service. You will see the total shipping cost before you pay.
A tracking number is e‑mailed to you when your parcel leaves our studio. Tracking updates may take 24 – 48 h to appear once the package enters the destination carrier’s network.
International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT/GST and brokerage fees levied by your local customs authority. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping rates and are the buyer’s responsibility. If you refuse to pay customs fees and the parcel is returned, outbound and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
We do not ship to Australia at this time.
We cannot deliver to military (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses or PO boxes via express couriers; please choose standard postal service in such cases.
Live plants and certain soil types may be restricted in some jurisdictions; we comply with all export regulations and reserve the right to cancel prohibited items.
Please review your shipping address carefully. Address changes requested after dispatch are not guaranteed. Parcels returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address can be re‑shipped at the buyer’s expense or refunded minus shipping costs.
A shipment is considered lost if tracking shows no movement for 30 consecutive days (45 days for Canada/NZ/remote regions) or if the carrier declares it lost. In such cases we will either reship your order free of charge or issue a full refund, at your choice.
If your parcel arrives damaged, follow the Damaged in Transit procedure described in our [Return & Refund Policy]. Compensation (refund or free replacement) is possible only after we receive a valid Damage Report and photos.
We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page and becomes effective immediately upon posting.
