RETURN & REFUND POLICY

This Return & Refund Policy explains how Magic Gardens (FOP Aderkas Yuliia, EDRPOU 3212616060, "we", "us", "our") handles returns, exchanges and refunds for purchases made on magicgardens.shop (the "Site").

1. GENERAL RETURN WINDOW

  • You may return unused and undamaged physical products within 14 calendar days of delivery ("cooling‑off period").

  • Items must be in the original packaging with all accessories and paperwork.

2. EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Residents of the European Union have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days after receiving the goods without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, e‑mail us (support@magicgardens.shop) with your order number and statement of withdrawal.
You must send the goods back within 14 days after notifying us.
Return shipping costs for voluntary withdrawals are borne by the customer.

3. NON‑RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Digital content (video master‑classes) once the download/stream has begun.

  • Gift cards.

  • Custom or personalised items (if any) clearly marked as such on the product page.

4. DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

We pack our products carefully, yet rare transit damage can occur.

  1. Upon delivery: inspect the parcel in the presence of the courier or at the post office counter. If damage is visible, refuse delivery or request the courier/postal clerk to record the damage.

  2. Hidden damage discovered later: file a formal Damage Report with your local postal operator on the same day you receive the parcel. Bring the item and its packaging.

  3. E‑mail the completed Damage Report and clear photos of the damage + packaging to support@magicgardens.shop.

  4. Compensation options (your choice):

    • full refund to the original payment method, or

    • one‑time free replacement shipment.

We cannot provide compensation without a valid Damage Report and photographic evidence.

5. RETURN AUTHORISATION (RMA) & SHIPPING

  • Contact us at support@magicgardens.shop with your order number, reason for return and preferred resolution (refund or replacement).

  • We will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and instructions.

  • Ship the item to the return address above within 7 days of receiving the RMA.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

  • We recommend using a trackable service; we are not liable for returns lost in transit.

6. REFUNDS

  • We will inspect returned items within 5 business days of receipt.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 calendar days.

  • Original outbound shipping costs are non‑refundable unless the item is confirmed defective/damaged or we shipped the wrong product.

7. EXCHANGES / REPLACEMENTS

If you request a replacement (same SKU), we will ship the new item once the returned product has been received and inspected, or immediately upon Damage Report approval.

8. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund after the confirmation e‑mail:

  1. Check your bank or PayPal account again — processing times can vary.

  2. Contact your credit‑card company; it may take several business days before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Still no refund? E‑mail us at support@magicgardens.shop.

9. CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES

Import duties, taxes and brokerage fees paid to your local customs authority are non‑refundable by us. You may be able to claim a refund directly from your customs office — please contact them for procedures.

10. POLICY UPDATES

We may update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page and is effective immediately upon posting.
