The quality of this item is incredible. The seller is very good about communication. She kept up with me throughout the entire process. Each tree is a hand crafted one of a kind piece. I was sent a picture once rhe tree was done to make sure if met my approval. The item was packed so very well that it took me about 20 minutes to get it unpacked.
